Staggers (Arcelia) of Ko Olina, HI; his siblings, Samuel Bryant of Goose Creek, Louis Staggers, Leon Staggers, Richard Staggers, Janie Lee Simmons, Christina Benteley of Beaumont, TX, Martha Whaley and Brenda Staggers of New Haven, Connecticut; and his friend Melvina Williams. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
