He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Ronald Culbert and Virginia Willis Culbert; his siblings, Thomas Coulliette, Michael Coulliette, Rose Mary Burton of Moncks Corner, George Coulliette of Pinewood and Carl Coulliette of Santee; and his aunt Frances Willis of Ridgeville. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
