It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ofilia Cadena of Moncks Corner, South Carolina, who passed away on January 18, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Esteban Peña and Juanita Garcia Peña; her brothers, Cristobal, Felipe Peña and Reynaldo Peña; and her husband Marcelino "Marty" Cadena.
She is survived by: her children, Lucy Cadena of Moncks Corner, John A. "Johnny" Cadena (Shelley) of Columbia and Tom "Tommy" Cadena (Laura) of Ladson; and her grandchildren, Cecilia Cadena, Caroline Cadena, Gabrielle Cadena and Meredith Cadena.
Surviving are a daughter, Lucy Cadena of Moncks Corner; two sons, John A. "Johnny" Cadena and his wife, Shelley, of Columbia, and Tom "Tommy" Cadena and his wife, Laura, of Ladson; and four grandchildren: Cecilia Cadena, Caroline Cadena, Gabrielle Cadena, and Meredith Cadena. ***DUE TO THE SPREAD OF THE COVID-19 VIRUS, ANYONE ATTENDING A FUNERAL SERVICE OR A VISITATION SHOULD EXERCISE CAUTION.
