It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Myrna K. Swanson of Moncks Corner, South Carolina, who passed away on September 25, 2022, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerome Mathias and Jane F. Babbitts (Wise); her sister Julie Mathias; her stepsiblings, Sue Babbitts, Alex Babbitts and Leah Babbitts; and her stepfather Laverne.
She is survived by: her husband Joel H. Swanson; her stepchildren, Kelly (Chris Piasecki) of Battle Ground, WA and Matthew (Heidi); her siblings, Brian Babbitts (Kevin Perrine) of Milwaukee, WI, Craig Driessen of Wautoma, WI and Sandra Mathias of White Lake, WI; her stepsiblings, Judy Wyngaard of Kaukauna, WI, Kathy Vosters of Neenah, WI, Earl Babbitts of Destin, FL, Marc Stritch of Neenah, WI, Michelle Stritch-Colliard of Appleton, WI and Pam Stritch of Neenah, WI; and her grandchildren, Lucas, Madison Swanson of Fond, Logan and Abigail Piasecki of Battle Ground, WA..
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to St. Jude's Tribute Program, PO Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38101-9908, in memory of Mrs. Swanson.
