She is survived by: her husband Deacon Reynold Soleyn; her sons, Larry T. Milligan Sr. (Joyce) of Sumter, SC and Charles Douglas Goodman of Monck Corner, SC.; her grandchildren, Larry T. Milligan Jr. (Toya), Yasmeen Benton (Byron), Brian Scott (Crystal), Brandon Scott (Taegan) and Romare Antrobus; her niece Deborah Ogburn (Doug); her nephew Cornelius Milligan; and her sister-in-law Vera Milligan (Larry). She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren, other nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members and friends.
