He is survived by: his parents, Arthur Bell, Jr. and Vivian Dangerfield Bell; his wife Kathy Fuller Bell; his children, Portia Bell of Columbia, Pillaure Cleary (Jay) of Columbia, Peatra Cruz (Ken) of Columbia, James Tanner (Penny) of Drumright, OK, Philip Tanner (Dana) of Ft. Lauderdale, FL and Matthew Tanner (Kim) of Mt. Pleasant; and his brothers, James Bell (Alana) of Saluda, NC and Richard Bell (Kathleen) of Summerville.
