He is survived by: his parents, Arthur Bell, Jr. and Vivian Dangerfield Bell; his wife Kathy Fuller Bell; his children, Portia Bell of Columbia, Pillaure Cleary (Jay) of Columbia, Peatra Cruz (Ken) of Columbia, James Tanner (Penny) of Drumright, OK, Philip Tanner (Dana) of Ft. Lauderdale, FL and Matthew Tanner (Kim) of Mt. Pleasant; his brothers, James Bell (Alana) of Saluda, NC and Richard Bell (Kathleen) of Summerville; and his grandchildren, Jonathan Cleary, Gabriella Cleary, Joseph Cleary, Joshua Cleary, Abigail Cruz, Olivia Cruz, Elijah Cruz, Tucker Tanner, Fuller Tanner, Thea Tanner and Zoe Tanner.
