McKelvey and Sadie Adams McKelvey; his daughter Za'ria Smalls; his aunts and uncles, Frank Adams (Yvonne), John Adams, Ernest Adams (Eva Mae), Owen Adams, Silas Adams, Clearance Adams, Jamie Scott, Chalmers Scott, John Scott, Angela Scott, Mary Ellen Brown, Virgie Mae Butler, Rachael Milligan, Reatha Limehouse (Al) and Kathaleen McKelvey; and his siblings, Jerome Grant (Alicia) and Tshia Brown (Valerian).
