He is survived by: his wife Karen; his sons, Marshall Lee Smith, Jr. of Goose Creek and Keith Allen Smith of Moncks Corner; his granddaughters, Kadance Meree Smith and Kensington Allen Smith; and his brothers, James V. Smith, II (Helen) of North Charleston and Robert M. Smith (Judy) of Ridgeland.
