She was predeceased by: her daughter Stephanie S. Hodges. She is survived by: her husband John Wesley Smith; her children, Shannon Gayle Smith Mallard (Michael) of Moncks Corner, John W. Smith, Jr. (Donna) of Charleston and Stacy Elizabeth Smith Divens (Ken) of Pittsburg, PA; her grandchildren, John Michael Mallard, Dr. Matthew Shawn Mallard, Catherine Michelle Belcher, Macy Elizabeth Divens, Kenny R. Divens and Rachel Nicole Smith; and her siblings, William S. Humbert, Jr. (Cindy) of Charleston, Julian Neil Humbert (Linda) of Summerville and Jenny Ruth Tuller.
