She was predeceased by: her father Robert Marion Barrs Jr.; her brothers, Robert M. Barrs, III and John David Barrs; and her grandmother Frances Margaret Barrs. She is survived by: her mother Linda Kay Scales; her son Johnnie Lee Sweat (Cynthia) of Moncks Corner, SC; and her grandchildren, Ashton Lee Sweat, Chase David Sweat, Jaylen Lee Sweat, Rowen Marion Sweat, Jenisee Francis Sweat, Aimee Leigh Crouse and Kenzi Grace Crouse.
