Lanier Brant Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lanier Brant (Moncks Corner, South Carolina), born in Ehrhardt, South Carolina, who passed away on July 26, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen Earl Brant and Virginia Connelly Brant; and his siblings, Peggy Russ, Nola Bash, Vernelle Brant, Bobby Brant, Freeman Brant, Furman Brant, Dilly Brant and Buddy Brant.
He is survived by: his wife Ginny Escoffier Brant; his children, Donna M. Brant of Goose Creek, Jennifer S. Hinson of Moncks Corner, Susan S. Worsham (James) of Summerville, R. Keith Brant (Cindy) of Pinopolis and Alvin L. Brant, Jr. (Dulcie) of Bonneau; and his siblings, Hazel Lee (Charleston), Doris Gladden of Moncks Corner, Linda Brant of Hanahan, Truma Polin (Charleston) and Connelly Brant of Moncks Corner. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
The family would like to extend a special "Thank You" to Lutheran Hospice, especially Karen and Joyce who helped to care for him in his final days. ***DUE TO THE SPREAD OF THE COVID-19 VIRUS, IT HAS BEEN RECOMMENDED BY THE GOVERNOR, THE CDC, AND THE PRESIDENT TO LIMIT PUBLIC GATHERINGS.
