It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Katie K. Thames (Moncks Corner, South Carolina), who passed away on February 29, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert T. Keller and Laurine Carr Keller; and her spouses, Milton Thames, Sr. and O'Neil Powell. She is survived by: her grandson Brandon K. Mitchum; her children, Allison Mitchum (Kary) of St. Stephen, Sandra Thames of St. Stephen, Milton Thames, Jr. of St. Stephen and Albert Thames of St. Stephen; her grandchildren, Dustan, Angie, Brian, Beth and Marshall; her great grandchildren, Casey, Milayne, Silas, Abby, Zachary and Cooper; and her great great grandchildren, Lainey and Brettley.
Flowers will be accepted, or the family suggests memorials be made to Betaw Christian Church.
