Parler (Moncks Corner, South Carolina), born in Greenville, South Carolina, who passed away on December 13, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Adger Lee Rackley, Sr. and Lottie Mae Massalon Rackley; her son Chris Lee Parler, Sr.; her husband Louis C. Parler, Sr.; her sons, Louis C. "Rusty" Parler, Jr. (Teresa) of Moncks Corner, Jack R. "Ricky" Parler, Sr. of Pinopolis, Mark R. Parler (Teresa) of Moncks Corner, Dean E. Parler (Andrea) of John's Island and Paul E. Parler (Tiffany) of Summerville; and her sister Frances Rackley Bunch of Pinopolis. She was also cherished by thirteen grandchildren, twenty-one great grandchildren, and eleven great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family suggest memorials be made to the Charleston County Animal Society, 2455 Remount Road, North Charleston, SC 29406.
