It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John Alphonse Lightner of Moncks Corner, South Carolina, who passed away on November 1, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John William Lightner (Jack) and Estelle Theriault Lightner; and his siblings, Rene Hicks and Thomas G Lightner. He is survived by: his wife Carla M Lightner; his daughter Jessica Wingfield Cantrell of Summerville, SC; his siblings, Janis Scott of Barberton and Gerald Lightner of Moncks Corner, SC; his mother-in-law Carol A. Taylor of Barberton, Ohio; and his siblings-in-law, Matt Taylor (Judy) of Wadsworth, Shane Taylor (Rachel) of Massillon, Kimberly Graham of Barberton and Karen Burner (James) of Barberton. He is also survived by numerous nieces, & nephews.

In lieu of flowers a donation can be made to Santee Circle Community Church Mission Trip Fund.
