She was predeceased by: her parents, Royal Washington Varner Sr. and Mary Vera Barrett Varner; her daughter Susan Hoenck; and her brothers, Royal W. Varner Jr. and Franklin Varner.
She is survived by: her husband Ernest E. Hoenck; her son Matt Hoenck; her daughter-in-law Holly Anderson; and her granddaughter Adeyla Hoenck. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
