He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Milas Wilson Snipes and Almetta Adams Snipes; his siblings, Charles Snipes, Jerry Knight and Shirley Tharp of The Villages, Florida.; his children, Janis Elizabeth (Jack) and James Edward Jr. (Jim); his wife Mary Ann Parker Snipes; his grandchildren, Brandon Lutes (Carrie), Megan Lecholop (Kinon) and Ashlynn Anderson (Matt); his great grandchildren, Jim Snipes, Jr. (Amy), Anderson Lutes, Grayson Lutes, Davidson Lutes, Colton Lecholop, Reade Lecholop and Saylor Thacker; his children, Beverly Parker, Debbie Parker, Tammy Allen and Donnie Parker (Tammy); his grandchildren, Ann Marie Boltz, Jessica Allen, James William Parker, Lacee Milligan and Elijah Allen; his great grandchildren, Brody Boltz, Gauge Milligan and Haze Milligan; and also, Caitlyn Carson (Charlie) and Lindsay Wilson (Matt).
