He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Luther Hinson Harrell, Sr. and Janie Wilson Harrell; his siblings, Genell Grimsley and L. H. Harrell, Jr; his grandson William Kelly Barlow, III; his wife Anne Blankenship Harrell; his children, Denise Barlow (Bill) of Moncks Corner and Jim Harrell (Cathy) of Moncks Corner; and his grandchildren, Brooks Barlow (Jenna), Josh Barlow (Alyssa), Jammie Harrell (Valerie) and Jeremy Harrell (Josie).
