He is survived by: his parents, William Howard Burckhalter and Myrtle Lou Cook Burckhalter; his daughters, Stephanie Burckhalter of North Charleston, Noelle Grubbs of Moncks Corner and Angel Dirks of Moncks Corner; and his siblings, Wanda Bair of Moncks Corner, Bonnie Burckhalter of Moncks Corner, Cathy Burckhalter of West Ashley, Judy Burckhalter of Clark Hill, GA, Wayne Burckhalter of Manning and Edward Burckhalter of Clark Hill, GA. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren.
