He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charlie J. Wiggins and Mary Edwin Gaskins Wiggins; his son Robbie Wiggins; his grandchildren, Aaron Litchfield and Brandy Wiggins; his wife Gloria Nell Wilson Wiggins; his adoptive daughter Theresa Tisdale of Eutawville; his sons, Billy Wiggins (Ken) and Curt Helm of Moncks Corner; and his sisters, Vivian Dempsey of Greenville and Cleo Smith of Monroe, NC. He was also cherished by fourteen grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
