He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leonard Toy Sheffield and Ida May Ingle Sheffield; his wife Virginia Potts Sheffield; his children, Lynn Leath of Surgoinsville, TN, Rebecca Walters of Ignacio, CO, Cheryl Walters (Pauline) of Shelbyville, TN., Kenneth Sheffield of Bonneau Beach, Steven Sheffield of Goose Creek and David Sheffield (Helen) of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; his sister Lorraine Shapel of Germantown, TN; and his grandchildren, Jessica, Samantha, Sarah, Candice, Thomas, Amanda and Ryan. He was also cherished by many great grandchildren.
