He was predeceased by: his father Harold Cook; his brother Glenn Cook; and his uncle Douglas Adams. He is survived by: his mother Verna Felix (Adams) of Moncks Corner; his brothers, Daryl Wagner (Louise) of Lebanon Junction and Paul Wagner (Josette) of Moncks Corner; his great-aunt Luvern Graham of Moncks Corner; and his aunts, Dorothy Babcock and Peggy Tyson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
