He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn A. Fincher, Sr. and Elizabeth Parkman Fincher; his sister Anne F. Price; and his stepmother Isabel Ross Altman Fincher. He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth L. "Lyssa" Cameron, Glenn A. "Trey" Fincher, III of Moncks Corner and James D. "Jay" Fincher (Stacy) of Moncks Corner; his sisters, Bette F. Wood of Pinopolis and Frances E. "Monkie" Fincher of Arlington, TX; his grandchildren, Tiffany Gaskins, J. J. Fincher, Gavin Tierney and Brantley Cameron; and his great grandchild Bristol McGuire.
