He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Johnson and Bertha Lee Manigault Johnson; his brothers, Leroy and Derry Johnson; and his niece Aicia Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Limehouse Johnson; his children, Fredrica S. Johnson, Trevor T. Johnson, Craig M. Middleton (Shawnta), Jacquet A. Green and Knightsville; his siblings, Edward Johnson, Solomon Johnson (Audrey), Sarah Lyles (Willie), Robert Johnson (Anne), Louella Haymon (Vann) and Cheryl Graham (Bernard); his siblings-in-law, Janice C. Johnson, Barbara Whitaker, Carrie Scott and R. L. Johnson; his grandchildren, Mikayla, Jalen, Caleb, Latrelle, Laila, Ciara, Ash'aka, Andre, Tyshaun, Jahtae, London, Craig, Deshawn and Aiyana; and his aunts, Corneil Manigault Young (Horris), Hester Manigault and Caldonina Limehouse (Joseph Limehouse).
