It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francis Joseph Manigault Sr. of Moncks Corner, South Carolina, who passed away on January 23, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy B. Manigault; and his grandson Theron Wallace. He is survived by: his children, Franquelletta Wallace (Weldon) of Columbia, SC, Quontreece Thompson (Douglas) of Newport News, VA, Francis Manigault, Jr. (Sharon) of Summerville, SC and Dorothea Manigault of Moncks Corner, SC; his sister Corneil Young (Horace); his grandchildren, LaShae Wallace, Nandi Wallace, Cadre Wallace, Douglas Thompson III, Deniece Thompson, De'nia Thompson, Jerrick Manigault, Esther Pimentel, Jada Manigault, Janelle Manigault, Dorothy Manigault, Dedrick Manigault and Derrell Manigault; his great grandchild Ezekiel Brown; and his sisters-in-law, Hester Manigault and Rose Mary Ramble (William). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
