She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Eduardo Ramon Diaz and Maria Teresa Irausquin; her children, Mariel Sanchez of Frederick, MD, Marielyn Oliver of Moncks Corner, Victor Amaya Diaz of Ladson and Julio Amaya Diaz of Ladson; her brother Erasmo Diaz Irausquin of Venezuela; and her grandchildren, Natalia Amaya Limonchi, Angel Amaya Bracho, Evan Sims and Aaron Sims.
