It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elsie Jane Scurry (Moncks Corner, South Carolina), born in Barnardsville, North Carolina, who passed away on March 2, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Vantus Van and Edna Mae Burleson. She is survived by: her siblings, Betty Boone of Pickens, SC, Martha Jackson of Chapin, SC and Paul Burleson (Beulah) of Orangeburg, SC.; and her children, Robert "Danny" Case (Darlene) of Asheville, NC, Debbie Miler (Richard) of Summerville, SC, Edna "Cricket" Grooms (Donald) of St. Stephen, SC, Rita Berry (Chris) of Summerville, SC and Stephanie Peagler of Moncks Corner, SC..
