She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Ward and Ellen Saulisbury Ward; her spouse Jesse Robert Johnson; and her siblings, J. B. Ward, William H. Ward and Mary Lee Mitchum. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Wassamassaw Baptist Church (704 State Rd S-8-291, Moncks Corner, SC 29461). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at the Wassamassaw Baptist Church Cemetery (704 State Rd S-8-291, Moncks Corner, SC 29461).
