He is survived by: his children, Dr. Beverly J. Williams, Charles F. Williams, Barry Williams, Sylvester Williams, LaShawn Williams (Imelda), Kim M. Williams, Anthony Rhames (Jinaris) and Eliza Rhames-Jamerson; and his sister Bernice W. Reid. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and numerous other family members and friends.
