He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Oakley Outlaw and Bernice Outlaw (Gamble); and his brother John Outlaw (Buck). He is survived by: his wife Peggy; and his sons, Benjamin Justin Outlaw of Moncks and James Outlaw North (Jimbo). He is also survived by his family and friends.
