It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Yeater of Moncks Corner, South Carolina, born in Denver, Colorado, who passed away on January 5, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Doyle Yeater and Judy Smith Yeater DeLong; his wife Debra Driggers Yeater; his daughters, Tabatha Yeater of Golden, CO and Angie Yeater of Golden, CO; his stepchildren, Darnelle Adams of Moncks Corner and Jamie "Snooker" Moore of Walterboro; and his siblings, Linda Lou Becker of Denver, CO, Michael Yeater Myers of Denver, CO and Eddie Yeater of Raymore, MO. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren, six step grandchildren, one great grandchild, and four step great grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials be made to the St. Judes Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
