With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Douglas Parker (Moncks Corner, South Carolina), born in Charleston, South Carolina, who passed away on October 20, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Nelson Parker and Lucille McKenzie Parker Barfield. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Snowden Parker; his sons, Nelson LaRoss Parker and William Allen Parker (Sheila) of Moncks Corner; his granddaughter Magen Nadine Hamilton of Elloree; his great grandchild Luke Michael Walker Murray; his sister Maedine P. Gause of KingstreeSC; and his nephews, Donald Nelson Gause and Anthony Gause.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice or perhaps a personal note to his family at 145 Tabby Creek Circle, Summerville, SC 29486.
