He was predeceased by: his parent Dorsey Timmons Hayes, Sr.. He is survived by: his parent Vendle Jean Timmons Hayes; his wife Tracy Lynn; his sisters, Sandy Yates (Billy) of Summerville and Vickie Hayes of Moncks Corner; and his nephews, Peter Yates and Steven Yates (Michelle). He is also survived by nieces and great nephews.
