He is survived by: his wife Emily J. Brown; his children, Allen N. Brown (Tawana), Minister Michelle B. Taylor (Sammie Jr.), Reverend Philip S. Brown III (Sandra), Altrise Brown-Weldon (Carl) and Melissa E. Latham; and his siblings, Theodore R. Brown and Mildred B. Rembert. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren and one great-grandchild; and a host of other relatives and friends.
