He was predeceased by: his parents, William Nathaniel Driggers, Sr. and Rachel Alice Huff Driggers; and his children, Dana Annette Driggers Still and Darren Newton Driggers, Sr.. He is survived by: his sons, Derek A. Driggers (April) of Summerville and Daryl N. Driggers (Anne) of Ladson; his siblings, Janette Turner of Summerville and Robert J. Driggers of Bonneau; and his grandchildren, Tyler Driggers, Alyssa Driggers, Randy Grooms, Raymond Daniel "Danny" Grooms, BJ Driggers, Darren Newton Driggers, Jr. and Lauren Driggers. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Plantation Memorial Gardens (3345 S Live Oak Dr, Moncks Corner, SC 29461).
