He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Mullinax and Mary Clark Mullinax. He is survived by: his daughter Nicole M. Bernier (John) of Charleston; his former wife Carolyn Morris Mullinax of Moncks Corner; and his sisters, Loretta Winningham (Johnny) of Moncks Corner and Dale Siemers (John) of Chapin.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dial-Murray Funeral Home (300 W Main St, Moncks Corner, SC 29461). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at the Ebenezer United Methodist Church Cemetery (1616 S Live Oak Dr, Moncks Corner, SC 29461).
