He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Raymond Hill and Myrtle Still Hill; and his daughter Whitney Leigh Hill. He is survived by: his wife Dotty of Hill's Ambulance Service; his son John Clyde "Johnny" Hill of Moncks Corner; and his sister Mary Hill Burnley (Don) of Bonneau Beach.
In lieu of flowers the family requested memorials be made to Agape Hospice, 187 N. Church Street, Spartanburg, SC 29306.
