He was predeceased by: his daughter Lowengia Cleveland. He is survived by: his wife Ethel P. Gethers; his children, Rickey Gethers (Marcia), Brenda Brown (Larry), Katrina Croker, Judy Gethers, Alicia Gipson and Ananicquia Cradic (Virgil); his grandchildren, Robin Palmer and Amia Cleveland; and his sister Rose Martin.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Viewing was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gethers Funeral Home - Moncks Corner (200 Grace St, Moncks Corner, SC 29461). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Bethlehem Baptist Church (2449 Santee River Rd, St Stephen, SC 29479). A burial was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at the Bethlehem Baptist Memorial Cemetery.
