She was predeceased by: her husband Benjamin McIntosh; her parents, Pinkney Perry and Janie Canady Perry; and her siblings, Ollie Kindt, Pearl Ray, Earl Perry and Michael Perry.
She is survived by: her daughter Yvonne Bryant (Jason); her grandchildren, Nicole Jackovich (Todd) and Troy Cmar; her great grandchildren, Jeffrey, Serena Cmar, Jenna and Julia Jackovich; and her siblings, Ivy Perry (Judy), Edmond Perry, David Perry, Shelly Kovar and Myrtle Perry. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu flowers, memorials may be made to Carnes Crossroads Church of God.
