He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Smalls; his children, Kenneth Bazemore of New York, Carl Smalls, Jr. (Josie) of New York, Clarence Smalls of Moncks Corner, SC, Jessica Bruno (Clifton) of Moncks Corner, SC, Eva Smalls of Summerville, SC and Rebecca Smalls Milford (Julian) of St. Stephen, SC; and his brother Tyrone Smalls of Moncks Corner, SC. He is also survived by aunt, uncles, other family members, and a host of friends.
