It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy H. Fennell Jr. of Moncks Corner, South Carolina, born in Charleston, South Carolina, who passed away on July 7, 2023, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father William H. Fennell, Sr.; and his grandparents, Hattie, Leon Dangerfield, Willie Mae and Tudor Fennell.
He is survived by: his mother Hazel Dangerfield Fennell; his daughter Bailey M. Leclair of Moncks Corner; his sister Pam Bennett (Benny) of Bonneau; and his nieces, Britiney Wrenn (Rod) of Bonneau and Kristin Bennett-Blanton (Kyle) of Ridgeville. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
