He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Lewis Grimsley and Betty McElveen Grimsley; and his brother J. Lewis Grimsley, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Jerry McGriff Grimsley; his daughters, Anita G. Myers (Ky) of Moncks Corner, Marsha G. Lee (Jeremy) of Chapin, Shelly G. Burnette of Alvin and Vicky L. Grimsley of Alvin; his sister Faye Williamson of Cross; his uncle Ronnie McElveen (Valerie) of St. Stephen; and his grandchildren, Macy Myers, Lily Myers, Titus Lee, Kayden Lee, Jackson Lee, Fisher Lee, Finley Lee and Presley Burnette.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the St. Stephen Evangelical Church (150 Church Rd, St Stephen, SC 29479). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 at the Sunset Memorial Cemetery (272 Church Rd, St Stephen, SC 29479).
