She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace Mazyck and Annie Smith Mazyck. She is survived by: her siblings, Willie Bruce Mazyck, Rawleigh Mazyck (Gwendolyn), Roderick Mazyck (Valerie), Jesten Williams, Alphair Singh and Mattie Hicks; and her sister-in-law Deborah Mazyck. She is also survived by cousins and friends.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the family requests that only immediate family members visit the home during this time.
