It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Berniece Ulmer of Moncks Corner, South Carolina, who passed away on December 27, 2020, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene "Jake" D. Bown and Cornelia Gene Cooper Bown; and her son-in-law Claud Wessinger. She is survived by: her children, Kenneth James Younginer (Joan) of Summerville, William "Bill" Younginer (Darlene) of Wilmington, NC, Katherine "Kay" Younginer of Pinopolis and Betty Y. Wessinger of Moncks Corner. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.
