He was predeceased by: his wife Victoria Legree; and his children, Benjamin Legree, Jr. and Francena Middleton. He is survived by: his sons, Raymond Legree (Carolyn), Michael Legree and Delbert Richardson; his adoptive daughter Sherry Morton (Joey); his sister Mary Legree; and his sister-in-law Sheryl Legree.
