He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac S. Hough, Sr. and Evelyn Clark Hough; and his brother David Wade Hough. He is survived by: his son Kyle Christopher Hough; and his siblings, Isaac S. Hough, Jr. (Debbie), Michael Hough, Joan Furnish and Pamela Cheatwood. He is also survived by Nieces and Nephews.
