Smith; her children, Dennis E. Smith (Lisa) and Karen (Jason Herpolsheimer) of Moncks Corner; her grandchildren, Brittany Halvorsen, Matthew Smith (Maria), Justin Herpolsheimer (Kylee), Joey Halvorsen (Kennedy), Alissa Herpolsheimer, Nathan Smith, Tori Barnette, Katie Halvorsen and Paige Smith; and her siblings, David E. Welliver of Berwick, Sherry J. Eisenhauer of Bloomsburg, Ricky J. Welliver (Rhonda) of Bloomsburg and Roxanne L. (Buddie M. Rainier) of Danville. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
