She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Wells Shaw and Esther Leona Richardson Shaw; her daughters, Jane Stum and Shawn Daniel; her grandson Phillip Chad Cuda; her brother Frank Shaw; and her husband Grady F. Brown.
She is survived by: her son Jeff Davis (Janice) of Hardeeville; her stepchildren, Joyce Shelley (Michael) of Greer, Jerry G. Brown of Lynchburg, VA, J. Leonard Brown of Florence and Steve D. Brown of Greenville; her sister Eleanor Martin (Frank) of Sumter; and her grandchildren, Skyler Daniel, Ryan White and Brittin Davis. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Dial-Murray Funeral Home (300 W Main St, Moncks Corner, SC 29461). A celebration of life was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at the Riverview Memorial Park (3715 Azalea Dr, North Charleston, SC 29405).
