She was loved and cherished by many people including : her husband Billy Ray Randolph; her children, Keith Randolph and Kellie Kepner; her parents, John J. Hearn and Estelle Hearn; her brother Ronald Hearn; her grandchildren, Rachel Gaudet, Taylor Bell (Daniel), Austin Randolph, Clayton Boyd and Madeline Kepner; her siblings, Billy Hearn, John D Hearn, Jerry Hearn (Pat) and Cathy Hearn; and her sisters-in-law, Sandra Peterson and Denise Widener (David). She was also cherished by great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
