It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe Green (Modoc, South Carolina), who passed away on February 17, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah Marshall, Inez Mims, Inett Williams, Rodney L. Green, Alonzo of Washington, Alexis Williams and Lester Philpot; and his sisters, Myra Burns Coleman and Rosa Young. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives.
